 Our Policy

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. We have a 7-day return policy, on damaged/factory defect items only. In order to receive a refund or an exchange, your machine cannot have any aftermarket modifications and must be intact. MAKE SURE YOUR MACHINE IS NOT OPENED FOR SELF INSPECTION. Store warranty will be voided If machine/tool is dropped. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days you will have to go through the manufacturer's warranty directly. In case the item is not in stock the customer has the option to wait until the same item is restocked or we can give store credit.

To be eligible for a return, you'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 209-623-3443 or items must be brought in-person to be inspected by a store clerk.

The information required to raise a warranty claim:

  • Date of purchase
  • Details of where the product was purchased
  • Product Name / Model Number
  • Confirmation of purchase receipt or invoice
  • Details of the problem with your product
